How can I be a part of Radiance Rewards?
Create an account on our website to be automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Once you’re a registered member, you’ll have the opportunity to earn points in various ways.
What are points?
Points awarded under Radiance Rewards are a form of virtual currency that customers can earn in a multitude of ways. 20 points are equivalent to $1.
What are the membership tiers?
We have 3 membership tiers. Entry to the membership tiers is based on Points accumulated by you. Following are the membership tiers.
• Silver Tier (0-5,000 Points) – Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent
• Gold Tier (5,001-10,000 Points) – Earn 2 Points for every $1 spent
• Platinum Tier (10,001+ Points) – Earn 3 Points for every $1 spent

Are there any conditions associated with earning points?
Yes, you can earn points for up to a maximum of 5 orders within a calendar year, in adherence to our fair usage policy.
Will I get points for my birthday in case my birthday falls within 30 days of becoming a member?
We have a blackout period of 30 days to avoid misuse of the program. You will not get any Points for your birthday in case your birthday falls within 30 days of you becoming a member. You will be eligible to earn Birthday Points from next birthday onwards.
Do my points expire?
No! Your reward points will never expire.
What happens to my points if I return the product?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
